This page is a placeholder for the full TriLLM Apply Terms of Service. The current draft — modelled on Australian Consumer Law (ACL) obligations and standard SaaS patterns — is being reviewed by counsel and will be published in full before public launch.

What TriLLM Apply is

TriLLM Apply is a pay-as-you-go online service that helps professionals prepare job application materials. You provide a resume and a job description; we run an automated multi-model analysis workflow that assesses fit and, if appropriate, produces a tailored resume, cover letter, and interview preparation guide grounded in your existing experience.

Pricing

$19 per completed run. Your first run is free — no credit card is required to try TriLLM Apply. If the assessment concludes you should not apply for the role, the run is free. No subscriptions, no hidden charges.

The truthfulness rule

Every document TriLLM Apply produces is grounded exclusively in the experience and skills documented in your original resume. We do not invent skills, inflate titles, or soften gaps with invented achievements. You are responsible for reviewing each document before submission and for the accuracy of anything you send to an employer.

Refunds

If a workflow fails after you have paid, you receive an automatic full refund. If you believe there was a quality issue with a completed run, contact us within seven (7) days and we will re-run at no charge or issue a refund at our discretion.

Acceptable use

You may not use TriLLM Apply to create illegal content, attempt to reverse-engineer the service, scrape it in bulk, use outputs to train competing AI products, or circumvent billing.
